GOLD BRONZE AND ALABATER SCULPTURE XIXth RENAISSANCE WOMAN MARBLE SHOWER FOOT M681 This sculpture probably represents a character from the Renaissance, one can also think of Joan of Arc with the fleur-de-lis on the headdress. It is a gilded bronze from the 19th century, there is a wax seal with a D marking to identify, probably the founder. You will notice that the face was made in hand-carved alabaster, the base is in marble with a shower foot, the bronze is beautifully crafted. This sculpture is very decorative and weighs a significant weight of 3.68 kilograms. We report friction, micro-scratches and gilding wear on the bronze, friction and accidents on the face, especially on a mat. Despite these flaws, it is in overall good condition.
