Description
Superb figurine, subject, made of fine German Heubach porcelain, unmarked but numbered and documented, from the 1920s-30s. Art Deco depicting a ballet dancer in a blue bodysuit, yellow and white billowy pants, short black bob hairstyle, on a white base. Very refined, nice movement, hand-painted, with lovely details. Maximum height 21.5cm (top of the hand), maximum width 7cm (skirts), maximum depth 8cm (base + foot). Very good overall condition, has undergone restoration, left hand (above) and right foot (back) recreated. Restorations carried out by a professional from the Limoges region (Atelier Noniere) very well done. Two minor paint defects under the corners of the skirt, very discreet. Approximately 100g.
