EMBROIDERY POUCH FOR 19TH CENTURY EYE HOLDER M604 We are looking at a pretty embroidery pouch, a 19th century work, probably artisanal, used as an eyeglass holder. The glasses are attached. The embroidery is of good quality, however we report wear on the fabric especially at the fold of the flap, fraying threads, stains and wear of fabric on the edges. Note that the lenses of the glasses have micro-scratches and that the temples are twisted, all of which is visible in our numerous photos. However, the whole remains in an acceptable state of conservation, the defects due to age must be accepted. We did a basic cleaning. For the condition, please detail the photos. Feel free to zoom in.
